I am pleased to report that we had another string turnout for this month’s edition of our monthly tournament, with 10 players showing up to compete! Additionally, we had a prospective new member, Dawn Counts, who came out to watch and see what we are all about.
After all of the matches were played, Bob Hickey ended up on top, notching his first tournament win of 2015 and jumping to 3rd place in the standings. Howard Shirey earned second place with his appearance in the Main bracket final. In the Consolation bracket, Jeff Boester won over Jason Marshall, giving him enough points to take back 1st place in the yearly standings.
